Where are you going?: are you quitting wittyprofiles all together? or did you just make a new screenname?
New Username: if you are simply changing your username, we need to know if you want it to say "I have moved to _______" or "Try and Find Me!" (or something like that)
Picture: either a direct link or a VERY detailed description
Colors: what colors
Text: Overall, we basicly need to know everything you want the picture to say. If we do not have all the information we need, we will not make it.
