Request Form For Layouts
Size: Large/Small
(a large layout is 800x600 and a small layout is 600x302)
Theme: please pick a theme. it doesnt matter what it is (city lights, dancing, nature, sports, etc.) but it would be really helpful if we knew the specifics.
Picture: What picture would you like? PLEASE give us a specific picture. For most people, a detailed description will work. Not for us. When we started this account, we accepted a detailed description. But it has become too much of a hassle, and now we are asking for a link (URL) to the picture you want. If you can't find a picture that you like, try going to our tinypics album (http://tinypic.com/a/19h8p/1) for a list of ideas. There are over fifty pictures there for you to choose from. If you see one you like, just give us the URL (the LAST one in the code area) and we will make a layout from it. PLEASE NOTE: these pictures are NOT ours. They were taken from photobucket. We do not take any credit at all for any of the pictures in that album.
Color Scheme: you have no idea how easy it is when we know what colors you want. PLEASE tell us. you dont have to have on exact color, but please tell us a few that you wouldn't mind being in the layout (if you want a couple colors together, like pink and purple, please say that.)
User Name: If you would like your username on it, please say so. If you do not tell us, we won't put it on. (If somebody requests a layout just like yours and your name isn't on it, we will give it to them unless you ask otherwise)
Quote: Some people like quotes on their layout. If you would like one, please tell us (and SPECIFY! we either need a specific quote or a detailed description.) Please note that if you requested a lot of boxes on your layout, there is a good chance we will have trouble putting a quote/song lyric on it. So don't be surprised if the quote is small/squished together.
Number of Boxes: We need to know how many boxes you would like on your layout, and the titles (ie: About Me, Fanart, Status, etc.) If there is a specific shape/color that you would like for your text boxes, please tell us (if you want a heart text box, we must warn you that the scroll boxes will be EXTREMELY small)
if you used this, type la di da into your request. iit will be completly ignored if you dont.
