Rules!
okayy.. so although we don't like rules, people annoy us (mainly they annoy Lola)... so here are some rules you have to follow.
1. when you request, you better tell us a picture. if you dont, we'll find one for you that you might not like.
2. do not ask someone else to make you a layout while we are. we will delete your request without telling you.
3. please use our layout for more than 2 weeks. we work hard on them. we'd really appreciate it.
4. dnt tawk lyk dis in your request. we will completly ignore it.
5. if you say the words "soon" or "ASAP" in your request,it will be ignored.
6. if your rude to us (or other people... we'll know if your a bitch on witty or not) we will not complete your request.
7. honestly, we dont really know who the witty jockers are. but if you are one that we've heard about, we won't make you a layout.
8. We have a million other accounts on witty (that you dont know about). if you were a bitch to us on one of those, we will TOTALLY ignore your request.

Things To Remember
-PLEASE don’t copy and paste into the scroll boxes. Trust us, we have tried. If you copy and paste, it moves the ENTIRE layout, and the scroll boxes often get lost.
-DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST THE SIZE OF THE SCROLL BOX BY USING THE WHITE SQARES ALONG THE EDGES. There is a specific way to change the size of a scroll box, and that is not it. You'll regret it if you try it. Besides, most of our layout backgrounds are made to fit specific size scroll boxes.
-If there is a blank space at the bottom of your layout PLEASE DONT TRY TO REMOVE IT. Everything, and we mean EVERYTHING, will get messed up. Please tell us, and we will be happy to fix it.
-Scroll Boxes can fit as much text as you want! There is no need to play around with them to try and make them bigger. The more you write, the smaller the scroll bar on the right gets.
-PLEASE don’t remove the credit from the bottom. We try our best to make it as small as possible for you, but depending on the size of your layout, it is usually fairly large. We work very hard on our layouts, and we would really appreciate it if you gave us credit.
-Once your code is made, that's it. IF YOU WANT A CHANGE IN THE BACKGROUND, PLEASE TELL US BEFORE WE PUT THE SCROLL BOXES IN. If we have already given you the code and you want something changed, you have to get in the back of the line and wait until we get to your request.
-It is probably best if you save your code in Microsoft Word, or another place where you can find it again easily. We will usually keep codes in the "Finished Layouts" box, but we may remove them if the box gets too crowded
-If your layout does not have your username on it, there is a chance it will be given to someone else to be used as a layout if they want the same thing. But if you want the layout to yourself and don't want anyone else to have it, please tell us and we will remove the code from the finished layouts box.
-These take a while to make, and believe it or not, we actually do have lives. And since school is starting soon, it may take us a little longer to make your layouts. Please be patient. Normally it takes us about two hours to make a layout, depending on how complex it is. But when school starts, it may take us longer. DONT WORRY! We will get to your request. But please be patient, because it may take us a while.
